The following terms and conditions apply to orders placed on the NED Merchandise shop website owned by Top Shelf International Pty Ltd (ACN 169 376 167) (‘TSI’).
By placing an order through the NED Merchandise shop website (the ‘website’) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
NED merchandise is only sold and shipped within Australia. If you are under the age of 18 years you cannot place an order for NED Merchandise.
Placing an Order
Quotations and listing of NED merchandise on the website are not an offer to sell and no order pursuant to a quotation or listing binds TSI unless accepted by it.
Please note that pricing and availability of NED merchandise is subject to change without notice.
Prices quoted are inclusive of GST.
Your NED merchandise will be delivered to the address indicated in your order confirmation via regular Australia Post. Merchandise is despatched from Melbourne, Victoria, wherever possible within two business days of your order confirmation, with shipping times between 3-5 days.

Title and risk in the merchandise will pass to you on delivery.
In the event that our carrier is unsuccessful in delivery of your merchandise on more than one occasion the parcel may be returned to TSI, PO Box 473, Richmond, Victoria, 3121. Any additional freight charges incurred to resend your merchandise will need to be met by you.
Loss or Damage in Transit
Reliable mailing services are used in the delivery of NED merchandise which is checked before dispatch and include tracking numbers. Please contact us promptly if an order is delayed or has arrived in a damaged condition so that any concerns can be followed up.
Cancellations, Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order you must contact email@example.com immediately.
If your order has not been dispatched you will receive a refund.
If your order has been dispatched you will be responsible for its return. NED merchandise must be returned in the same condition as when it was sent, in the original packaging with all labels (where applicable) and intact and the merchandise unused or unworn. Upon receipt of the NED merchandise its price will be refunded, subject to our right to not make a refund if the NED merchandise returned is not in good condition, has been worn, washed or the labels removed.
If the NED merchandise received does not correspond to what was ordered please do not open any sealed packaging in which it was sent. Use of the incorrectly sent NED merchandise is deemed to be acceptance by you of the merchandise as a substitute for that which was ordered.
In the event that your NED merchandise is faulty please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt to arrange an exchange or a refund which will be at our discretion. Proof of purchase and a description of the fault must be provided. Please note that NED merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, in the original packaging (where applicable), with the labels intact and unused or unworn.
We accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCard only. Payment processing will only commence when all required information is received.
You will receive an order confirmation with the total cost of your purchase and a tax invoice via email.

Whilst all NED merchandise is despatched with care TSI is not liable for any damage that is caused during delivery. Any transit damage claims must be addressed to the relevant carrier. TSI will be happy to assist you in this process.
These terms and conditions are governed and to be construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
